    Job Description

    ABOUT US

One Medical is a primary care platform challenging the industry status quo by making quality care more affordable, accessible and enjoyable. But this isn't your average doctor's office. We're on a mission to radically transform healthcare, which means tackling the frustrations of everyone involved — from patients and providers to employers and health networks.

Across the country, our members enjoy seamless access to comprehensive care at more than 90 locations across thirteen cities (and counting!) as well as 24/7 access to virtual care powered by intelligent uses of technology. In addition to a direct-to-consumer membership model, we work with more than 7,000 companies to provide One Medical health benefits to their employees.

On January 31, 2020 we marked a milestone with our public listing on Nasdaq, but our work is far from over. As we continue to grow and broaden our impact, we're building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.

    THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Channel Partner Team (part of One Medical for Business Client Services) partners closely with our channel partners, including Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs), HR services firms, and select health plans to deliver One Medical membership & services as a part of their product offering. As a Channel Account Manager, you will be a key member of an emerging team that owns the end to end relationship with our large, national channel partner accounts. This team acts as the consultative partner in delivering the One Medical benefit to meet our partner's product strategy needs.  The team also advocates for our partners internally to help One Medical continue to build and scale our partner ecosystem.  Reporting to our Strategic Account Manager you will work with both the Channel & Client Services teams to manage and expand a portfolio of One Medical's most strategic partners in growth, and collaborate with multiple internal departments at One Medical (Operations, Quality and Value, Marketing, Sales, etc.) to service those relationships.

You are a partner manager with exceptional communication skills, a strong presence and the ability to influence/persuade a wide range of audiences and quickly establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally you possess strong planning and/or project management skills. Lastly, you will be set up for success if you have a demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities while consistently meeting (or exceeding) your goals and overcoming setbacks. If this sounds like you, we would love to connect.
