PDM Staff Accountant Compensation and Benefits

• Pay – $65,000.00 Annually.

PDM Staff Accountant Qualifications

• Multitasking
• Analytical thinking
• One to three years of billing, reporting, and documenting processes experience
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in accounting or finance or equivalent
• Able to pass a drug test and background check

Experience – Previous experience in general ledger journal entries, fixing asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Preparing and analyzing monthly journals. Performing daily banking procedures.

PDM Staff Accountant Responsibilities

• Prepares general ledger journal entries, fixed asset tracking, monthly balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation. Prepares and analyzes monthly journals. Performs daily banking procedures.
• Develops, analyzes, and prepares periodic financial statements for timely distribution to management.
• Assists with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
• Reconciles petty cash fund.
• Assists with annual external audits.
• Reviews and analyzes the organization's accounting operation; recommends improvements.
