    About The Role:

    As a CBRE PM Market Ops Specialist, you will provide routine operational support and coordinate a variety of departmental and financial activities for a local market area and its leaders.

    This job is part of the Property Management job function. They are responsible for operating buildings on behalf of a client or group.

    What You'll Do:

    • Provide basic financial, logistical, and operational support to the Property Management LMA.
    • Manage database of management and leasing contract information.
    • Assist with the monthly forecasting process.
    • Prepare ad hoc data reports for revenue, expenses, acquisitions, transitions, and business proposals and other business metrics.
    • Aid in the processing of vendor invoices, billing(s), expense reports, and accounts receivables.
    • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
    • Impact's own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
    • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

    • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent from four year college or university plus previous related experience and/or training to included budgeting, finance and or business analytics; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Accounting or business analytics background preferred.
    • Recent College graduates are encouraged to apply.
    • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
    • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and/or complex content in a concise and logical way.
    • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
    • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive approach.
    • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

    CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the PM Market Operations Specialist position is $55,000 annually and the maximum salary for the PM Market Operations Specialist position is $66,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
