Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support to the site team • Assist with filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization • Post-office trips • Set up meetings • Assist staff with different aspects of AP/AR • Prepare and proofread internal correspondence and reports • Assist with vendor files, contracts, and internal tracking logs • Answer and direct internal phone calls, emails, and mail • Maintain a professional, organized corporate office environment Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information • Prior office or administrative experience preferred (property management experience a plus, but not required) • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation: $17 - $19 hourly
