** ** Role Overview****
We are seeking a versatile, flexible, adaptive and proactive Program Manager to join the N-Tech AV Engineering leadership team. In this newly created role, you will help oversee the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of key initiatives within AV Engineering. You will be responsible for planning and designing programs, proactively monitoring progress, and coordinating activities to ensure our strategic objectives are realized.
This role partners cross-functionally across the organization, interconnecting all internally driven and externally supported efforts. You will work closely with Product leadership, engineering managers, and engineers across all AV teams-streamlining execution, driving transparency, and ensuring delivery quality. Your work will directly enable our technical leaders to focus on high-impact engineering and innovation, while you orchestrate the alignment and delivery of our most critical programs.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100K - $300K.
