Progress Residential is hiring a Strategy and Operations Summer MBA Intern to support the Chief of Staff to our CEO . The Internship will provide a unique experience and invaluable look into our growing portfolio of single-family properties across the US and how we operate and manage these assets. The internship will accelerate your learning and development by providing you with a strong foundation upon which to understand the Single-Family Real Estate business as you develop your career. Program participants will receive real-world training and participate in networking and learning opportunities in an office or remote environment. The summer internship will generally begin in June 2023 and end in August 2023. Key Responsibilities: * Work closely with your assigned business unit and participate in the day-to-day operations of the assigned group. * Assist in market research to understand services and offerings that are of highest interest/value to Progress Residential residents * Build knowledge base on ancillary and innovative projects/companies within the rental housing industry * Develop cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization to learn and maintain deep knowledge of the business * Assist in creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the business. * Contribute to strategic and tactical business initiatives, from development to execution * Assist in creation of detailed business and financial analysis, leveraging data to drive critical insights to the organization * Build cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization to develop deep knowledge of the business * Contribute to special projects in support of the business.
