Office Manager / Personal Assistant

We are looking for an experienced business-minded Office Manager / Personal Assistant to assist the founders in critical projects with high-level administrative and project support. This is a multifaceted role for an entrepreneurial-minded and well-organized individual whose assistance will contribute to the growth of the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Initiate or research specific initiatives and determine next steps.
· Track both requested and vital deadlines.
· Coordinate meetings and calls for Founder, manage Founder’s email and calendar, process expense reports, provide updates regarding internal and external communications, coordinate Acquisition and Development team calls.
· Coordinate travel to include registration for events and seminars and prepare hotel arrangements, if necessary.
· Respond to communication on social media on Founder’s behalf.
· Maintain an organized office setup that optimizes workflow.
· Conduct research for assigned projects and prepare pertinent data to present to Founder with appropriate recommendations.
· Prepare and maintain weekly reports for executives as needed.
· Reliable transportation is needed to complete some tasks.
· Provide administrative assistance, such as writing, editing, and drafting e-mails, memos, communications, and correspondence.
· Interact with employees at all levels of the REEP companies.
· Handle necessary documents with sensitive information promptly.
· Responsible for maintaining credit card used for office expenses and reconciling receipts as transactions are conducted.
· Conduct various personal errands for Founders on a weekly basis.
· Manage inventory of office and kitchen supplies.
· Assist with transactions (acquisitions and other capital events) when needed.
· Assist on projects for Acquisitions Team.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years’ experience as an Executive Assistant, Project Support, or similar role supporting C-level executives.
· College Degree or relevant 5 years of experience.
· High integrity, loyalty, ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality, highly organized, self-starter, and resourceful in accomplishing tasks.
· Exceptional attention to detail with outstanding organizational and time management skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
· Experience in property management (a plus but not required).
· Excellent MS Office Suite knowledge.
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
· Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and lift objects.
· Ability to multitask to ensure completion to numerous tasks.
· Team player with a positive, respectful attitude.
