Build a 6-Figure Business With a Team Platform We’re hiring a licensed Buyer’s Agent who wants to increase production with a real team platform: quality lead opportunities, in-depth coaching, consistent accountability, transaction coordination support, and a culture built to win together. I go into work and learn something new every day.” - Indeed Review • “Everyone from top management to the newest agent is friendly, knowledgeable, accessible…” Responsibilities: • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market • Assist clients in buying and selling properties • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values • Be all in for our mentorship program • Show properties to potential buyers • Guide clients through the process of completing real estate transactions • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry • Stay updated on real estate market trends and changes in real estate law • Negotiate contracts and terms of purchase or sale on behalf of clients What Success Looks Like (first 30–60 days) • Consistent speed-to-lead + daily follow-up habits • Buyer consults on the calendar weekly • Offers are written regularly, and a clear pipeline is built Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car Qualifications • Active real estate license (VA) • Coachable, competitive, and consistent with follow-up • Strong communication skills and comfort on the phone • Able to work evenings/weekends as needed • Organized, responsive, and team-oriented • CRM comfort preferred (or willingness to learn fast) Compensation: $75,000+ at plan commission
