Trainees will gain experience in the following:

• Prepare reports for business expenses and income for taxation purposes,

• Set up and monitor income, expenses and financial performance of multiple properties and an entrepreneurial venture,

• Take initiative and assume significant responsibility,

• Write a job description for your own position that serves as human resource materials to train the next intern (gain some human resource insight)

• Cultivate relationships with buyers, sellers, private investors and real estate professionals.

• Interest in learning about real estate industry,

• Some coursework in accounting

• Use of Excel and other Microsoft Office software

• Knowledge of basic computer functionality

• Experience or at least interest in office file organization
