  • Responsibilities

    Campus Homes, a full-service real estate company in the Bryan/College Station area, is looking for a highly motivated and energetic Real Estate Specialist.

    We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, loves working in a fast-paced environment, works hard and can multi-task big time.

    We will mentor this person through the life cycle of the real estate chain from leasing, selling properties, process management, business development, marketing, etc.

    • Prospecting new business opportunities and work through to final close

    • Helping to manage various business development projects on tight deadlines

    • Liaising closely with the client team to manage execution

    • Preparing service/sales agreements and proposals

    • Documenting sales activities in CRM database

    • Setting up, preparing, and gathering logistics and deliverables for meetings

    • Vacancy tracking & reporting

    • Showing properties

    • Assist in Property Management oversight and scheduling

    • Assist in buying, managing, repositioning and selling multi-family properties from houses, condos, town homes, apartment complexes, and multiplex

    • Track & Report Key Performance Indicators

    • Assist with Investor relations and reporting

    • Property search projects through CoStar & MLS

    • Work closely with executives to execute strategic plan initiatives

    • Assist CEO with construction & remodeling oversight & scheduling

  • Qualifications

    • Excellent analytical skills.

    • Some financial modeling would be a plus

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and communicates well

    • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines.

    • Able to prioritize tasks and attention to detail

    • Professional can-do attitude, passionate about working can think outside the box

    • Systems Savvy. While we don’t expect you know every system, we do expect this position will work in a number of systems and should become a systems go-to person. Some of the systems we work in are: Buildium, Asana, CoStar, MLS, MailChimp, PipeDrive, MSOffice, and others.

    • Real Estate License not required but preferred (would ultimately need to obtain)
