The Disclosure Desk will be responsible for the accuracy and TRID completeness of each and every initial disclosure package sent to all applicants. This position is full time with a competitive salary, stock options, bonus, commuter benefits and more.  Responsibilities: Ensure all Initial Disclosures are delivered accurately and within required timelinesInform management of any systematic obstacles that can delay the process of disclosuresReview all incoming loans for pre-qualification, all required documentation, and running any preliminary underwriting guidelinesWorking with the Customer Success and Loan Advisor teams to communicate any missing items Qualifications: Having an NMLS license is not required, but is preferred Comprehension of basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc. Proficiency in MS Office required; CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred 1+ years of experience processing FNMA, FHLMC, FHA and Jumbo mortgages is a plusKnowledge of agency conventional underwriting product guidelinesFamiliarity with Mortgage TRID GUIDELINESStrong communication, organization, and time management skills, including consistently meeting deadlinesAbility to troubleshoot and solve problems independentlyAbility to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous, start-up environmentExperience working with Encompass software a plusHeadquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, Reali is a tightly-knit team of licensed real estate professionals and technologists.
