We were founded to develop a seamless, transparent, and highly efficient residential real estate and homeownership experience by partnering technology with a customer-centric team and years of real estate, loans, escrow, and business experiences. Summary - Reali is hiring an additional Escrow Assistant for Southern California. We are looking for an Escrow Assistant to work closely with the Escrow team on our Reali purchase transactions. Our Escrow Assistant supports the Reali Escrow department by assisting with customer service and administrative duties related to escrow closings. As part of a full-stack real estate platform on a mission to change the way people experience home buying and selling, Reali's Escrow team is improving the real estate transaction experience via technology and exceptional customer service. This position is remote for those living within 30 minutes of Orange, CA. Responsibilities: • Opens orders and package new escrow packages • Prepares documents for closing and handles the complete disbursement and follow up of all escrow transactions • Review and Package loan documents, order insurance, CPL, and closings as required • Interprets earnest money agreements as they relate to closing and prepare all documents required for transactions • Receipt in checks and wires - process, balance, and complete daily banking • Perform other duties as requested including assistance to team members when the need arises • Filling in for the Escrow Officer when they are out sick, on vacation, or meeting with clients Qualifications: • 1+ years of experience as an Escrow Assistant • Strong customer service orientation • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Problem-solving skills • Proficient computer skills and expertise with Microsoft Office, DocuSign, Adobe Acrobat, and a bonus is to have Qualia • High School diploma or equivalent • Nice to Haves: Associates degree or College degree preferred, Startup experience • Other - Interview Process: We are hiring a person already based in Orange County - Southern California (Total time getting to know us, 2 hours) Compensation: $58,000 yearly
