MUST HAVE A STRONG UNDERSTANDING OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA REAL ESTATE MARKET Summary We are growing our Reali Sales Development Representatives (SDR) team, and are looking for our next, ownership and growth-minded Inside Sales member. As a Reali Sales Development Representative (SDR), you are the initial point of contact welcoming potential clients to Reali. Based remotely in Southern California, you’re an integral part in qualifying our home buyer and home seller leads by educating them on who Reali is, how we operate, and why they should use us. You will help us grow our multiple lines of business by getting new clients excited about working with Reali. This is not just a "Hype-person" job! Responsibilities: • Respond to leads via phone, text, and email, to convey Reali's value proposition (100% inbound leads - no cold calls) • Nurture longer-term prospects by educating and preparing them to buy or sell a home • Manage a large number of prospects and maintain a clean pipeline • Connect prospective clients with local Reali licensed agents  • Use state of the art technology to do live transfers to connect leads and agents in real time • Convert home buyer and home seller leads into qualified appointments for field agents • Collaborate with team members to share and learn best practices • Hours may vary and will include evenings and weekends Qualifications: Requirements (Must Have's) • Must possess a current California Real Estate License; Your license is affiliated/listed with Reali. • You’ve done some selling in the past and have the ability and desire to become great at Real Estate sales • Ability to multitask by talking with customers while conducting research online, chatting with multiple users, etc. • Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Slack, G-Suite, outreach.io • Computer and tech-savvy • Excellent verbal and written communication skills Other (Nice to Have’s) • SalesForce strongly preferred • Gong.io • Outreach.io What we offer: • Competitive full-time salary with bonus potential • Paid vacation, sick leave, discretionary days off • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance and 401(k)   • Reimburse you for your real estate license exam and continuing education courses • Tech start-up culture with casual dress code, virtual happy hours, and more Compensation: $55,000 to $68,000
