Based in San Jose, California, and the surrounding South Bay, Northern California areas, the Reali Support Agent role is the "face of Reali" in the local and residential real estate market, executing the Reali vision by delivering superior customer experiences. They are true local specialists with deep customer focus, partnered with Reali's Real Estate Agents. In addition to the front-line work, the role is instrumental in providing critical local insight, analyzing market dynamics, and clearly articulating customer needs that will be utilized to improve the Reali experience. Responsibilities: • Availability on weekends and evenings • Lead home showings, inspections, walkthroughs; hosting open houses, and everything in between • Generate leads through data-driven marketing tactics and Reali smartphone application installs • Assist with seller requirements, such as conducting initial seller presentations, hosting open houses, scheduling inspections, conducting walkthrough / house prep reports, and more • Partner with Reali's (Lead) Real Estate Agents throughout the customer experience to ensure a strong customer experience that establishes trust and confidence in the Reali model Qualifications: Must Haves • Active California based, Real Estate License and in good standing • Membership with local MLS / Association • Minimum of 1-year experience in Residential Real Estate  • Real Estate market experience and local community knowledge • Clean driving record, car insurance up to date • Reliable Transportation • Collaborative, self-driven, and team-focused • Self-manager to successfully work independently and remotely Compensation: $27 - $30.50 hourly
