1160BR - Marketing Intern / Assistant Mount Laurel New Jersey Job description Marketing Intern Sharepoint Migration Project This internship will be with the Title Resource Group (TRG) Marketing Department located in Mount Laurel, NJ, providing support for designers, marketing coordinators and sales leadership from some 40 district brands across the country. This is a part-time position. Strong preference for Monday, Tuesday and Thursday availability. Selected candidate will migrate marketing materials from the old, disorganized digital library over to the new, spacious and well-organized digital library. Skill set:

• Strong familiarity of cloud-based applications (OneDrive, Box) - Experience with working on a Mac - Some experience with graphic design - Excellent organization skills. Track progress on Trello project board. - Assist Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager on developing a training and rollout plan for entire country.OneDrive Designers Library
• Sit in on bi-weekly creative call, with NJ and CA designers and get familiar with existing site structure - Migrate design files and maintain weekly checklist to track progress. Track progress on Trello project board. - As project progresses, provide bi-weekly updates on migration of files - Assist Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager on developing a training and rollout plan for all designers.
