Responsibilities: • Willing to learn and grow in skills, practices, and team value to advise clients expertly through a real estate transaction • Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the process • Schedule appointments, show homes, and complete open houses • Be ready to fill your pipeline with business • Be committed to the team culture • Have people skills • Enthusiastically embrace learning growth and have a strong work ethic • Be consistent with the expectations of the team Qualifications: • Licensed and active • Coachable, consistent, and wants a team environment • Comfortable with follow-up, scripts, and tracking numbers Compensation: $75,000 minimum commission plan
