Netflix Houses are our permanent, always-on, constantly refreshable entertainment venues, where guests can step into their favorite stories. We want these experiences, along with merchandise offerings, to help promote love for our titles so they become part of the zeitgeist for longer periods of time and drive long-term value for Netflix.
As the Retail Program Manager, you will work cross-functionally with internal (Product Development & Creative, House Teams, Licensing, MarComms, Attractions, Operations, Finance/Accounting, Business & Legal Affairs, etc.) and external (Vendors, Agencies, etc.) partners to build the operational plans needed to deliver consumer right assortments to fans at Netflix House. This operations-focused role will ensure the Retail team functions effectively and efficiently across corporate, product development, and store workflows to maximize commerce and conversation. They will own and evolve the Retail Op Model, project management systems/tools, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other needs that keep Retail operating successfully. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Retail Operations with proven success in aligning teams and work to achieve business success while also possessing a curious and solution-oriented operational mindset.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $205,000.00 - $343,000.00.
