Job Description
Cirrus AMI is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Risk Manager to oversee all insurance claims processes across our portfolio of residential and commercial properties, as well as our corporate operations. In this critical role, you will manage property damage, personal injury, and other business claims (whether legal or administrative sources), from initial report through resolution. You will work closely with property managers, insurance carriers, adjusters, contractors, in-house and external counsel to minimize losses, ensure timely claim resolutions, and support our commitment to exceptional operations and property management.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with experience and strong knowledge of property insurance, claims processing, excellent negotiation skills, and highly organized.

Additional Information
Location: Candidates must reside in Dallas, TX (DFW) or Los Angeles, CA areas, or be willing and able to travel there quarterly. A minimum of one quarterly visit to either the Irving, TX or Woodland Hills, CA corporate office is required.
Pay: $85,000 or more DOQ per year; performance-based bonus opportunities based on positive-outcome KPIs
Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
