Seeking a marketing and sales coordinator to assist our Director of Marketing with all aspects of marketing, sales, and PR as it relates to multi-family development and property management needs. The focus will be to ensure leasing teams have the proper tools to maintain high census and support in the sales of 3rd party property management presentation documents as well as the setup of new properties utilizing specific property management software. - Assisting in the setup of new websites for our properties - Copywriting for marketing materials (SEO, PR, Social Media) - Posting of online ads to various sites as needed - Creating sales presentation for new business opportunities - Leasing updates utilizing Mail Chimp software - Blogs for Core Living and Roers website - Marketing checklist collection/reviewing for compliance - PR development, press releases, award submissions - Complete all tasks assigned by the marketing director The role is fast paced and requires attention to detail, organization and someone who can take ownership and is eager to learn. Qualifications - 4 year/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communications, Business or related field. - 2+ years related marketing or property management experience is a plus - Experience in real estate property management, leasing, B2C marketing is preferred - Self-motivated, self-directed and results-driven with a track record of excellent performance. - Flexibility to juggle multiple projects and priorities to meet deadlines - Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with a positive and professional demeanor - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere) is a plus - Experience in Mail Chimp and Word Press is a plus
