ANALYST

S2 Capital is looking to hire a full-time Analyst to join our Asset Management team. This role will oversee the investment lifecycle from acquisition to disposition. Specific responsibilities include:

• Work with Asset Managers to put together monthly draw packages to replenish working capital from lenders on each rehab project and provide weekly status updates.
• Procure lien waivers/check copies from various vendors and sub-contractors for submission in each draw package.
• Work with the Asset Managers to assist with general underwriting, rent roll analysis, trend analysis, and other miscellaneous reporting as needed.
• Responsible for updating the financial and leasing analysis reports for the portfolio.
• Compile market surveys and submarket reports to assist Asset Managers
• Put together monthly and quarterly financial Packages and send to each of S2's equity partners and lenders.
• Work closely with the Asset Managers to understand the construction budgets, plan timing of payments to sub-contractors, and monitor working capital needs.
• Responsible for updating the construction budget tracker for the portfolio.
• Must have a full understanding of the general ledger and the chart of accounts to ensure that invoices are coded properly for tracking purposes.
• Any, and all, tasks assigned that support S2's investment and company goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must hold a Finance or related bachelor's degree.
• General accounting and finance knowledge required.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
• Commercial Real Estate experience preferred.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must work well within a team and maintain a positive attitude.
