Our superstar candidate will have 1 year of multifamily experience and possess excellent problem solving, listening and sales. Additional responsibilities include the delivery of excellent customer service, maximizing resident retention and assisting in the development of our S2 culture, promotion of S2’s Family Core Values, policies and procedures.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL MEET THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-3 years experience as a Leasing Agent or Leasing Manager
• Marketing experience a must
• Bi-lingual
• ResMan experience a plus
• Self motivate, self-starter with a positive can do attitude
• Multi-tasker
• Ability to perform outreach marketing to local businesses and employers
• Work well with others in a fast paced environment
• Be a team player
• Can do attitude!
