We are seeking founding team members who will be instrumental in shaping this new business area for Netflix and establishing FLEX as a world‑class coverage model for strategic enterprise accounts. We are looking for a Senior Client Partner, FLEX experienced in selling advertising solutions to Fortune 500 enterprise clients and agency partners to grow and scale Netflix's US advertising revenue. With your deep understanding of the digital video and programmatic landscape, you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of covered clients and agencies, stepping in to provide seamless, high-caliber coverage alongside permanent account teams. You will sell Netflix's full range of advertising solutions to help clients achieve their marketing goals while maintaining continuity of strategy, client trust, and revenue momentum.
As a Senior Client Partner on the FLEX team, you will focus on client-direct sales needs, agency partnerships, and revenue continuity across key accounts, working in tight alignment with permanent account owners and cross-functional partners. The ideal candidate is creative and entrepreneurial, deeply passionate about long‑term account development, highly adaptable in dynamic environments, and proficient in high‑level strategic thinking.

The overall market range for roles in this area of Netflix is typically $320,000.00 - $440,000.00. A portion of this compensation is variable.
