At Netflix, our mission is to entertain the world. Together, we are writing the next episode - pushing the boundaries of storytelling, global fandom and making the unimaginable a reality. We are a dream team obsessed with the uncomfortable excitement of discovering what happens when you merge creativity, intuition and cutting-edge technology. Come be a part of what's next.
At Netflix, we recently launched a new ad-supported tier to offer members more choice in how they consume content. Our new tier allows us to attract new members at a lower price point, while also creating a compelling path for advertisers to reach audiences that are deeply immersed. To deliver on this vision, we're looking for an experienced Content Designer focused on ads documentation to help enable our ads experiences and integrations with our ads partners.
In this role, you'll partner closely with PMs, product designers, content designers, engineers and others to set up a process and scale a quality experience for how internal and external partners ingest information and requirements needed to implement our ads services on Netflix. Documentation will span from release notes to creative standards, to contextual guidance and beyond.
The ideal candidate will have experience in content strategy, content design/UX Writing, and / or technical writing, with the ability to multitask while working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. They'll be self-motivated, proactive, highly organized, and have a steadfast attention to detail. They'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ingest and synthesize complex information. They'll also be able to prioritize their own work, communicate effectively, and represent their work to key stakeholders. And, of course, they'll have a deep interest in building a best-in-class ads experience on Netflix.
