The UCAN TV Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a talented Senior Manager to support Netflix's Scripted TV Series team. This Senior Manager will play a key role in driving financial planning, providing strategic insights, and partnering cross-functionally to support the growth and operational excellence of our Scripted Series content. This role will also serve as a critical and integrated business partner to the Scripted Series Leadership Team.
In this role, you will need to be a big-picture thinker, a self-starter, and an analytical thought partner with an eye for detail. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, and embrace ambiguity and change. You must be a solutions-oriented problem solver and be able to communicate complex ideas using both qualitative and quantitative means to a broad spectrum of stakeholders. The position is based in Los Angeles and will report to the Director of FP&A for UCAN TV.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead near- and long-term P&L and cash flow forecasting for the Scripted Series business
Own headcount planning and people cost management
Conduct financial scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making and business scaling
Develop and enhance financial KPIs, metrics, and dashboards to drive insights
Partner cross-functionally to evolve financial frameworks supporting both management and GAAP reporting
Prepare and deliver slate review presentations, synthesizing performance across the Series portfolio
Support the implementation of dynamic financial planning tools and drive automation across systems and processes
Coordinate forecasts and consolidations across multiple stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing FP&A team
Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and outputs as the business evolves

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $325,000.00 - $500,000.00.
