The Opportunity
Our core philosophy is people over process. We are looking for a creative, self-motivated, and experienced security leader to help Netflix design, develop, and scale our Protective Services program. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful implementation of security programs - inclusive of executive or protective services - on a global level while having an abundance of demonstrable experience in creating engagement, impactful communication, and building influence with key stakeholders at all levels. This unique opportunity will empower the successful candidate to make things happen, therefore they must have a natural inclination to work within a high-performance culture that is fast-paced and self-directed.
This role will report directly to the Sr. Director of Enterprise Security and will collaborate closely with the Enterprise Security Program Manager, Regional Security Leaders, Safe@ (GSOC), Protective Intelligence, Security Technology, Enterprise Transportation and Aviation, Content Risk Management, executive offices, and other stakeholders. The responsibility is to create and produce protective services for our executives that are risk-based, intelligence-led, and strategically planned/executed with excellence while providing a seamless experience for productivity.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top-of-market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $210,000 - $470,000.
