Netflix is one of the world's leading entertainment services, with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
We're reimagining entertainment through series, movies, games, live events, and more. The Consumer Insights (CI) team plays a crucial role by uncovering and sharing deep human insights, using Qualitative and Quantitative Research methods, to identify opportunities and guide innovations across Netflix.
To ensure that there's unhindered access to these powerful insights, we've built an internal Knowledge Management system, optimized our planning systems, and rolled out guiding principles and a new look and feel for CI comms. Now that these foundations are in place, it's time to bring the power of all of these initiatives together and to drive insights more holistically throughout the corners of the business. This is where you come in.
In your role, you'll work in partnership with Researchers, Data Practitioners and Data & Insights Leaders to ensure that the right insights land at the right time and in the right medium to have optimal business impact across all levels of the company. You're especially gifted at synthesizing insights from a range of business areas and sources into impactful communications across spoken, written, and visual channels. This includes collaborating with team members on everything from crafting memos that reach the Board of Directors to videos that leverage footage from global fieldwork - thematically connecting the dots across research & analytics regardless of the medium. You will voraciously consume our teams' insights and, as a result, become a much sought-after colleague and collaborator with others. Your strong communication and storytelling skills mean that you become a trusted advisor to peers and play a role in elevating the wider team's expertise in this area.
In this role, you will leverage your:
