    About the role

    CBRE’s Digital & Technology organization is offering a full-time, 2-year Graduate Rotational Program with our Global Workplace Solutions segment.

    Throughout the first 12 months, graduates would have a primary area of responsibilities as described below, as well as the exposure to other teams and projects within the same functional area.

    During the following 12 months (Year 2), graduates will be focused to their main area of responsibilities to deepen their understanding of the business and extending their learning in that specific subject domain.

    Graduates will receive training to expand their knowledge and skills further and apply them throughout the program. They will also have opportunities to meet others in this program from other teams to share findings and network.

    What you will do:

    • Under general supervision, contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of client systems and assist in the development of new features.
    • Develop, maintain, improve, and test client systems of low to moderate complexity.
    • Serve as a technical point of contact on client engagements of low complexity.
    • Investigate and resolve system and software issues in the production environment.
    • Assist with the development and maintenance of internal tools.
    • Performs duties as assigned.
    • No supervisory responsibilities in this position.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field such as information systems, mathematics, or computer science or equivalent work experience. Consideration given to equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Familiarity with professional software development best practices (testing, version control, CICD pipelines).
    • Fundamental knowledge of Java and Spring framework.
    • Highly skilled in SQL and NoSQL databases.
    • Hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJs, AngularJs.
    • Experience with modern front end testing tools, such as Babel, Jest, Jasmin, Protractor and WebDriver.
    • Strong analytical, quantitative, and deductive reasoning skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to deliver efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.
