On the Member Commerce team, we focus on some of Netflix's most impactful and visible product features - including account management, upsells, and extra member flows . These features are central to how millions of households around the world sign up, stay connected, and find the right plan for their needs.
We build high-scale, product-facing systems that directly influence how members experience Netflix, requiring strong technical judgment, creativity, and the ability to collaborate deeply with cross-functional partners.

Our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $100,000 - $720,000.
