We are seeking an EHS Specialist who will support the UCAN EHS team. Our Department is new, growing, and designed to promote the health and safety of Netflix employees. This is an in-person role and will be based in our Los Angeles office. This person will report to the EHS Manager, UCAN.
The Opportunity
We are seeking an EHS Specialist who will champion and elevate Netflix's commitment to a safe, healthy, and sustainable workplace. You will partner across functions and with our vendor community, ensuring that every Netflix location not only meets our high standards for excellence.
You will be a visible, proactive leader in our spaces, embedding a culture of safety and well-being that supports our colleagues' emotional, functional, and physical experience. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, creative, quick-thinking, flexible, collaborative, and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is able to exercise good judgment and who takes significant initiative.

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of hourly pay; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in hourly pay versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The hourly range for this role is $45.67 - $72.12.
