    Position Summary:

    Work closely with Trammell Crow Company’s Construction Manager on a large, mixed used residential/hotel project located at 1200 3rd Street, NE, DC overseeing General Contractor for the following tasks:     

    • Review residential unit and hotel guest room suites to ensure it is in conformance with Construction Drawings and Construction Specifications. 
    • Review applications for payment submitted by General Contractor and walk site to verify completed work in place.
    • Assist with review and approval of Project-related invoices.
    • Assist with review of Owner delivered items.

    Job Qualifications:

    • Currently working towards a bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, business, or equivalent
    • Strong verbal/written communication skills
    • Prior work experience as an intern with a general contractor or construction management company is preferred
