-Hybrid- This person will have autonomy to control their schedule- They want someone who will own the IT process. Someone who knows when to be at the office and when they can be remote.
JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities and Qualifications for this role include: • Coordinate operations with 3rd Party IT Support • Manage and maintain operations of technology infrastructure (hardware and software), including but not limited to: troubleshooting, licensing, network, security, backups, servers, printers, large format printers, workstations, mobile devices, policies, and procedures to ensure that our IT systems are running smoothly, effectively, and securely o Strategic planning input o Develop and manage resource budget o Audit systems and infrastructure, maintain documentation o Research and recommend hardware and software resources o Primary point of staff contact for IT system needs o Staff onboarding and account closing • Support all office locations and remote working access o Primarily work in Orlando (Longwood) office to provide support in person • Oversee setup and operation of workstations: remote work, hoteling, shared stations, and conference rooms, including audio and video • Understand processes, prepare training materials. -Some of the daily task. Help with laptops, printers, cell phones, etc. They will also need to help with network setup (TV's, cameras for teams meetings, etc) They will also be tasked with sourcing and pricing of new equipment, keeping track of their current inventory-help bring cost down where they can. They will also help build out or help to modify the way they store data (SharePoint, dropbox- Simple task) -every couple weeks they may need to travel to Birmingham and Atlanta to help support those 2 offices. Will only be a day or 2.
