Monday - Wednesday - Friday or Tuesday - Thursday - Saturday * The hours are 2 pm-6 pm. * Additional hours may be offered from time to time on Sundays, mornings or evenings. * All applicants must hold a valid current real estate license in the state of Florida. Responsibilities:A Brokers Assistant assists the broker in obtaining and servicing listings and sales as well as office processes and operations and maintenance.Qualifications: * Must have a current active real estate license in the State of Florida * Must have at least 6 months prior sales experience * Must be able to manage a large volume of outgoing calls, learn and memorize simple calling scripts, complete intake forms fully and accurately, and set appointments with clients and customers * Must be familiar with local MLS, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe DC, and one of the Real Estate specific CRM platforms * Salary based on experience About Company The Joe & Karen Donovan Team consists of Joe and Karen Donovan and their staff.
