    WE ARE LOOKING FOR A TALENTED, ENERGIZED, ORGANIZED OFFICE COORDINATOR TO JOIN OUR DEDICATED TEAM OF COMMUNITY CHAMPION! Administrative Staff is essential to the day-to-day success of our dynamic and collaborative organization. You should be able to use independent judgment on assignments that are often sensitive and highly confidential in nature. We’re looking for someone that can work independently and is exceptionally well organized, flexible and enjoys challenges. 

    • Provide general office and reception support
    • Answer corporate phones and direct calls accordingly
    • Sort and scan mail and support the accounting team in general office tasks
    • Coordinate and assist in managing travel arrangements
    • Support the marketing Coordinator is email correspondence and basic marketing tasks
    • Assist with planning and/or attend events, conferences, and meetings
    • Maintain various departmental database systems and lists in Excel and SharePoint
    • Manage related files, databases, and policies
    • Respond to or assist associates with questions in a timely, courteous, and professional manner, establishing good relationships across the Company
    • Interface with customers, vendors, agencies for assigned department or team
    • Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor or leadership team member

    QUALIFICATIONS: include but not limited to

    • YOU’VE “BEEN THERE, DONE THAT” At least 1 year of experience in office admin related work. Recognizes and adjusts to change; maintains control of overall agenda, but includes others in a task-focused manner; creates a disciplined process
    • YOU’RE A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. You easily manage relationships and build rapport with others, and you’re a pro at keeping everyone informed and on the same page in a professional manner.  You have a strong technical orientation, and you are able to communicate precise details. 
    • YOU EXCEL AT DETAILS WITH GREAT EFFICIENCY. You constantly analyze the fine print and make sure that your work product is highly accurate.  You possess an extreme sense of urgency; complete work with accurate detail and in accordance with company standards and policies; motivated by a strong sense of duty and responsibility for completing work quickly and correctly
    • YOU’RE VERY TECH SAVVY.  You’d consider yourself an advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and Outlook
    • YOU LIKE CHANGE; YOU REALLY LIKE CHANGE. You can easily adapt as the situation warrants, and you are able to focus on multiple deadlines and change as the demands and fast pace requires
    • YOU’RE A TASKMASTER. Your time and project management skills are strong, and you can focus on the smallest details while keeping the larger process running effectively to meet tight deadlines.
