The gross value of the firms current portfolio is $49.3 billion. Second year MBA students are invited to apply for an Associate position in our Leadership Development Program (LDP). The LDP is a rotational program designed to facilitate multi-disciplinary training and cultivate well-rounded real estate professionals. Associates gain this experience through a series of six-month rotations across Tishman Speyers core functional areas. The program is based in New York with opportunities for rotations in a number of our U.S. regional and international offices. Past rotations have included the following business areas: * Acquisitions * Asset Management * Corporate Strategy * Debt Capital Markets * Design & Construction * Development * Equity Capital Markets * Innovation * Portfolio Management * Sustainability We anticipate that after 2-4 rotations, Associates will continue to build expertise within a specific function or geography. Full-time assignments may include locations across the U.S., Europe, South America, and Asia.
