The Role
**The Title Producer team will serve as the single point of accountability for the end-to-end localization process across all assigned titles in their country or slate. This role is responsible for orchestrating the seamless delivery of dubbing, subtitling, main/episodic titles, accessibility, and marketing assets, ensuring that all localized content reflects Netflix's creative vision and meets regional standards for quality and authenticity. This role partners closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Content, Post, Marketing, external partners and more, to optimize workflows, resolve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement. By championing operational excellence, this role plays a critical role in delivering a world-class member experience and supporting the successful global launch of Netflix content. **

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market range. The range for this role is $193,000.00 - $329,000.00.
