Become a Touring Agent with AptAmigo!
AptAmigo's mission is to build trust- one person and one apartment at a time. We're building the best technology and service in a stale, dysfunctional industry and we’d love for you to join our team!
If you’ve ever gone through the apartment-hunting process and thought, “there has to be a better way,” we’d love to have you on the team! We’ve come up with the solution to make the apartment-hunt less difficult and time-consuming, and the demand for our service has increased exponentially!
What to Expect as a Touring Agent:
As a Touring Agent, you will help our clients compare buildings that best fit their criteria and be a source of knowledge, trust, and support. You’ll be touring with clients (1 per day) and accompanying them as they tour apartment buildings, AKA their potential future home!
Our Sales team handles learning about a clients’ wants and needs, and our Operations team schedules appointments with rental properties. Our Operations team will assign you to tours based on your availability, and you’ll assist our Sales and Operations teams by answering client questions while touring and facilitating a smooth apartment-hunting experience.
This involves covering Ubers/Lyfts so the client doesn't have to worry about transportation (don’t worry, we reimburse you!), answering client questions about the neighborhood/city, and taking notes on behalf of the client so that they don’t have to worry about anything except, "Is this a place I'd like to live?"
Don’t worry, you don’t need to be a real estate expert to apply! Our Operations team will become your best friends and have your back. They are always just a text or phone call away, so you will have plenty of assistance and guidance to help you become the real estate expert you’ve dreamed of being!
