To provide 100% customer satisfaction to all Pardee Homeowners. Support all Pardee Home Homeowners warranty services in a timely, efficient, neat, courteous and professional manner. To oversee specific duties with the construction team while participating in the preparation and quality control finish of each new home, as well as to orient homeowners with their new home. Ensures that all model homes are maintained in excellent condition and are at all times presentable to our customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Establishes and maintains an effective working relationship with our customers by managing their concerns in a prompt, courteous manner relating to warranty items that need repair. Maintain all company provided equipment in compliance with company policies. Monitor, manage and understand all daily service operations. Control and be responsible for all warranty costs to minimize expenditures ie. Purchase orders, field supplies, etc. Promote a problem solving approach to improve speed, efficiency, accuracy and cost effectiveness of all work processes. Warranty cost and drive referrals through education and by continuing relationship building with our homeowners throughout the first year of occupancy. Performs accurate assessments of all service requests submitted by homeowners and answer any warranty questions timely and accurately. This includes visiting the homeowner to ensure the validity of the service requested, in addition making an accurate assessment of potential needs for our trades to arrive prepared and able to fulfill the task in one visit. Prepare home and conduct our New Homeowner Walkthrough inspections and orientations. Coordinate and follow-up with all scheduled subcontractors to perform the necessary repairs in each homeowners home. Field incoming telephone calls from homeowners, subcontractors and office staff. Conduct follow-up phone interviews with homeowners and subcontractors to ensure 100% of all warranty repairs have been completed to the homeowners satisfaction. Generate purchase orders, work bills, Customer Care documents and other essential paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. When time permits perform minor home repairs, adjustments and modifications for new and/or current homeowners. This may be a scheduled event or it may occur during a homeowner emergency. Assist the entire team in maintaining a safe, civil and clean work environment within the job site. Perform multiple tasks, gather and analyze information and solve problems skillfully and adhere to mandatory policy deadlines. Travel is mandatory requiring reliable transportation and ability to operate a car. Additional Skills 3-5 years of experience in new residential single family and multifamily home construction operations experience. 2+ Management experience mandatory Candidates must possess the temperament and personality to work with customers Must demonstrate superior communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills. Good organization/planning, supervisory and writing skills are necessary. Working knowledge of Microsoft excel, word, outlook required as well as familiarity with web based applications. Must have exceptional organizational, time management, and written skills. High School diploma required. Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred. Bilingual a plus.
