THE ROLE

The INTERNET TEAM MANAGER at Tricolor Holdings is responsible of overseeing Internet representatives who will handle incoming internet channel leads and contact existing customers by email/text/chat to increase customer appointments and sales opportunities. Train Coordinators and agents through reviewing recorded and live chat conversations and outcome.

• PAY - $55,000 to $60,000 annually.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING AT TRICOLOR?

• Hiring, training, motivating, counseling, and monitoring the performance of the internet team.
• Assisting individual representatives in setting realistic appointment shows
• Review their goals on a weekly basis to ensure the representatives are successful.
• Tracking all customers to ensure prompt response time and monitoring follow up within our CRM.
• Handling incoming internet channel leads and setting appointments.
• Handle live website chat sessions.
• Reviewing old age inventory and reaching out to prospects who have inquired about those vehicles.
• Reviewing lead sources and monitoring the performance of those accounts.
• Achieve monthly shown appointments and sold goals
• Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries.

THIS IS THE RIGHT OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU, IF YOU HAVE…

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years of experience in BDC, Internet Sales, Call Center or related role
• 1+ years of supervisory experience, desired
• Experience in social media. Digital call center (chat) experience, desired.
• Tech savvy.
• Bilingual English / Spanish, required
