    The successful candidate should be highly motivated, organized, proactive and strong supervisory skills and office experience. He or she will manage the center offices, providing training and support to our administrative staff. Offering training and expertise decision making, economics, accounting, and information management.

    KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

    • Periodically conducts review of service center- business office files to ensure that they comply with departmental and company guidelines.
    • Reviews and distribute reports as needed for the proper functioning of business and/or requested by management such as WIP, Open Ticket, Policy Adjustment, EOM closing, parts inventory, and others.
    • Ensures that office procedures are communicated and implemented uniformly across all service centers.
    • Provides continuous training to office staff by creating and maintaining training materials for office staff.
    • Manages calendars, conference calls, and conference room schedules.
    • Prepares agendas and sign-up sheets for operations meetings and events.
    • Maintains confidentiality of all corporate, personnel and research matters.
    • Answers incoming calls and correspondence and responds independently when possible.
    • Demonstrates behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customer, co-workers, and suppliers
    • Adheres to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
    • Supervise Service centers efforts by overseeing administrative tasks the department.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative management or service department and/or automotive dealership business office experience
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • Ability to operate standard office equipment such as computer, scanner, printer, 10-key.
    • Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
    • Basic to intermediate excel skills such as (save, print, cope, sort, delete, basic math functions.)
    • Ability to work Saturdays and overtime as needed.
    • Ethical and Honest.
    • Efficiency and attention to detail
    • Bilingual English /Spanish (preferred; but not required)
