DESCRIPTION:
Our Reservations Call Center Representatives are responsible for helping customers make moving easier. Help customers by coordinating and ensuring that customer reservations are confirmed and scheduled at U-Haul centers and dealers at preferred pick up location within 24 hours of receipt. Utilize reports available through our Advanced Micro-Traffic website to coordinate with centers and dealers to create quality service to our customers. Must understand how to find equipment utilizing U-Haul intranet systems, and act to ensure that U-Haul customers’ reservations are filled and that they receive a consistent high level of service. Must have excellent communication and coordination skills, have the ability to coordinate several activities and handle a high volume of calls.
