    Title Sales Initiatives Coordinator City Highlands Ranch State CO Location Denver Office Description UDR is excited to announce an opening for an Sales Initiative Coordinator at our corporate office in Highlands Ranch, CO. GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for supporting the UDR revenue generating initiatives program. A highly organized, excel proficient individual accountable for maintaining error-free work and completing quick follow through to internal and external customers. Provide exemplary customer service and support. Entrepreneurial-minded individual with a focus on streamlining efficiency and implementing innovative solutions. SUPERVISION RECEIVED: Reports directly to the Sr. Manager - Sales and Renewals SUPERVISION EXERCISED: N/A ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Assist with the implementation of all various activities related to UDR new sales initiatives and revenue generating programs, including but not limited to Event Space Rentals and Express Clean programs. 2. Manage the day-to-day account inquiries and listing updates for corporate supported Event Space Rental listings. 3. Ensure ongoing accuracy of program tracking documents such as Event Listing details and Express Clean pricing. 4. Publish bi-monthly program performance data to leadership and/or field level staff. 5. Work closely with the Marketing department to create automated email campaigns and other promotional materials to support program initiatives. 6. Ensure Event Space Rental insurance compliance by providing updated space listings to Risk department in a timely fashion and collecting required supplemental proof of insurance documents from guest hosts. 7. Prepare and send supplemental space rental agreements for events via DocuSign ensuring proper signatures are provided by guest hosts and area directors prior to event dates. 8. Support strategic relationships with third party vendors for all program initiatives including Event Space Rental platforms and other partner companies. 9. Complete quarterly audits of all programs offering recommendations on efficiencies and modifications or updates that could increase revenue generating potential. 10. Provide exemplary customer service to vendors, corporate partners, guest hosts, prospective renters, residents, and the on-site teams for interaction with a wide variety of stakeholders. 11. Work closely with internal cross-functional UDR departments to establish and streamline processes for all new initiatives including Tax/Legal/Risk/Accounting/Operations. 12. Assist with tracking key program profitability metrics, analyzing expenses, and revenue on a weekly basis. 13. Act as a back-up for the Sales 2.0, Resident Renewals, Notice to Vacate, Short Term Furnished, and Corporate Housing teams as needed. Cross train to provide seamless support. 14. Execute on new initiative program tasks that contribute to the actualization of UDR properties budgeted/targeted fee income goals. 15. Assist with program structure and scope for all new initiatives. Identify strategic opportunities for department growth and innovation. 16. Perform other duties as assigned or as necessary. Must know and follow the Fair Housing laws. Capable of flexibility in office space including mobile office tools such as: a laptop computer, a tablet, and a mobile phone. Must demonstrate excellent reading comprehension and written composition skills. Proven exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work in an autonomous, self-directed environment. Competent and skilled working in conjunction with Company managers, vendors, prospective renters, residents, and associates. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of the internet and internet searches. Must be skilled in word processing, drafting correspondence, and memorandum. Attention to details, and proficiency with MS Office software applications required such as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel. TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Requires prolonged sitting, some bending, stooping and stretching. Occasionally lifting items weighting up to 30 pounds. Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, photocopier, telephone, calculator, and other office equipment. Requires normal range of hearing and eyesight to record, prepare, and communicate appropriate reports. Extensive internet research and excel documentation requires the ability to sit for long periods of time. Regular and consistent attendance on the job is an essential function. TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Normal office environment. Occasional evening or weekend work. Occasional travel in the United States to UDR properties. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. 2. Minimum of two years experience working in Sales. 3. Property management experience is a plus. 4.
