Job Description

The Concierge is committed to resident satisfaction in the apartment community by working directly with the residents to ensure that all their needs are met. This position will assist in the daily operations to ensure that all events, service requests, and overall residents are handled quickly and professionally.

The pay for this position will range from $16-$19 an hour plus a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcomes all new residents to the community
• Performs Mini Tours
• Coordinates and sets up Resident Events
• Serves as a first point of contact on resident concerns and needs
• Communicates to the residents regularly via resident newsletters and social media
• Prepares the monthly event calendar
• Maintains inventory of all supplies, places orders as necessary
• Maintains confidentiality of co-workers, management, owners, past and current residents, vendors, and all outside contacts
• Assists the team as necessary
