    Job Description

    Westside Habitats is a fast paced real estate investment and property management company. Currently, we have an immediate position open for a Personal Assistant to the CEO. Must meet the following qualifications:

    • Motivated, energetic self-starter; able to take initiative and follow up
    • Duties vary between personal and business (legal and confidential)
    • Will be required to drive to run personal errands (lunch, shopping, driving to properties, appointments)
    • Organize day to day matters and tasks on behalf of the CEO
    • Computer literate, possess excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Valid CA driver’s license and good driving record
    • Able to work well under pressure and work without supervision
    • Ability to work full time, M-F 9 am - 6 pm
    • Preferred Bachelor's degree (or working toward completion)
    • Professional demeanor and appearance

    JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Ability to take direction well
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and office equipment (faxes, scanners)
    • Answer phones/secretarial duties
    • Communicating with Escrow, Title Companies, Brokers and Lenders
    • Open mail; Review/answer emails
    • Coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings
    • Booking of executive travel arrangements
    • Booking reservations
    • Balancing personal errands and office errands
    • Data entry, file maintenance, maintain office organization.
    • Heavy personal errands
    • Mailing/receiving of packages and correspondence.
    • Picking up and dropping off children of CEO
    • Must have Real Estate experience
