Responsibilities: Practice and become adept at using scripts to overcome objections and provide the team value proposition to prospective customers so that they can identify our company’s values and integrity Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area served by our team to expand our sales region and meet the needs of a larger customer base Understand client needs to more effectively offer solutions and support Qualifications: • Possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal • Must be highly motivated with a positive attitude and a good work ethic • Experience or desire to work in sales is required • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays • Must maintain department standards of production and work as a team player • Must have or be able to obtain a CA Real Estate License within 6 months • Present and secure payment for two or three night getaway vacation packages  • Experience in these areas a plus: real estate, realtor, broker, mortgage, hotel, resort, hospitality, customer service, sales, business development, front desk, concierge, retail, server, restaurant, tourism, timeshare, inside sales, marketing, sales agent, marketing representative, tourist information, host, tradeshow, event marketing, brand ambassador, concierge, in-house marketing Compensation: $70,000 to $120,000 hourly + commissions + monthly bonus structure
