Our rapidly growing team is in search of a motivated real estate inside sales agent. You’ll hunt for leads, gather pertinent information for buyers and sellers, and add leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Responsible for booking owners and guests staying on property both by phone and face to face to offer them an opportunity for an owner update with one of our member service employees • Present and secure payment for two or three-night getaway vacation packages • Welcome guests warmly to the resort and provide them with brief information about the resort, resort activities and services, and activities in the area • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays • Must maintain department standards of production and work as a team player Qualifications: Real estate license or pursuing required High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required Compensation: $50,000 - $100,000 yearly
