    WYNDHAM DESTINATIONS is currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Orlando, Florida.  The CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST is responsible for assisting owners by responding to inquiries about title related matters such as questions about deeds, ownership changes or foreclosures. The Customer Service Specialist spends most of their time on the phone with our owners. The role is responsible for delivering Count on Me! Service by maintaining quality and productivity metrics.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Accept owner calls during business hours 
    • Responds to internal and external customer communication via phone and email. 
    • Performs duties of a general clerical 
    • Performs other duties as needed

     

    TRAINING SCHEDULE AT CORPORATE OFFICE (FIRST 4-6 WEEKS)

    • Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

    DEPARTMENT HOURS

    • Monday through Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

     

    EDUCATION

    • High School Diploma or equivalent.

    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

    • Previous Owner Services, Financial Services, Title Services experience is a plus
    • Ability to prioritize tasks
    • Sense of urgency to complete tasks while being detail oriented
    • Exceptional listening skills
    • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Strong reading comprehension skills
    • Effective decision-making skills

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    • Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
    • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

    JOB EXPERIENCE

    • 2+ years customer service experience.

    Unless there is a legal requirement, experience will be accepted for the education requirement.
