Discipleship:

• Disciple and fellowship with female students. Develop ministry structures aimed specifically at girls. Regularly (expectation of 2-3 contacts/week) meet with girls.

Outreach:

• Willing to do campus outreach work in accordance with the Student Ministry strategy for reaching students not in our congregation.

Program Support:

• Participate in all weekly programs (Sunday School and Wednesday / Sunday night Youth Group) in-town and out-of-town retreats, camps, and mission trips, with special attention paid to interacting with female students participating in those events.

Team Participation:

• Assist with planning and execution of youth ministry programs, events, activities, and general ministry. Meet with Student Ministries Director regularly.

Christian Commitment/Character:

• Possesses a growing relationship with Christ as evidenced in the fruit of the Spirit in her life.

• Familiarity with the Reformed faith and a willingness to teach according to it.

• Membership at Old Cutler Presbyterian Church and worship at OCPC while serving.

Loves Youth:

• Has a heart for nurturing middle and high school students in Christ and the ability to relate well to them.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalency, at least two years removed from high school.

Heart for Diversity:

• Able to relate well to young people of varied racial and socio- economic backgrounds and passion to see the Old Cutler Youth Ministry reflect the diversity of God’s people.
