    Stealth Power is a fast-growing cleantech automotive startup located in Austin, TX. We design and build idle mitigation and power systems to help the largest fleets in the world run on clean energy, ending our over-reliance on fossil fuels and working towards a fully electric future. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to join the team and help us continue to grow, building visibility in the industry.

    As a Marketing Manager, you’ll be tasked with defining, developing, and executing marketing plans for various company initiatives. You will work with both external agencies and internal stakeholders to achieve our goals, and must be able to manage a variety projects with varied KPIs. Candidates must be highly analytical and organized, with keen sense of storytelling. Responsibilities:

    • Create marketing programs, from strategic planning to implementation to analysis
    • Identify new ways to amplify our brand in new and established markets
    • Work in partnership with external partners, from lead generation to PR to design
    • Manage B2B content strategy, writing blog posts/newsletters and optimizing lead flow
    • Maintain and manage the company's website, making updates as needed
    • Maintain and manage sales enablement materials, making updates as needed
    • Manage your own workload and prioritize multiple request from various parts of the business
    • Hire and manage marketing interns, as needed
  • Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s Degree with a major in marketing, business, communications, or environmental studies preferred
    • 3+ years of experience, B2B marketing environment preferred
  • Desired skills
    • Strong project management abilities with an action-oriented mindset
    • Strong writing, research, and editing skills
    • Analytical skills - you have an understanding of how to measure and track marketing initiatives
    • Understanding of both digital and traditional marketing tactics with exposure to content, email, digital, and events
    • Experience with Hubspot, Webflow, Canva, and Google Analytics preferred
