• Working with field marketers on their production and accounting for KPIs and Metrics

• Responsible for ensuring the company vehicle remains clean and maintained

• Strategic thinking to ensure proper territory coverage

• Building team motivation and passion on a daily basis through servant leadership

• Responsible for the performance of the territory as projected in the lead generation portion of the annual budget. TL to consistently monitor actual performance vs. budget and to respond appropriately to the results

• Must maintain a level of personal production (minimum of 4 appointments generated per week.)

• Previous solar sales experience and knowledge of the solar industry preferred

• Degree in relevant field is a plus, not required

• Proficient with computer software programs such as the full Microsoft suite, ERP software (Oracle a plus).

• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment, communicate to external and internal professional individuals and organizations, multi-task, self-starter, work with little supervision, and uphold a professional demeanor.
