You’ll play a key part in shaping project direction, ensuring design excellence, and upholding Epstein Global’s reputation for quality and integrity.

    What You’ll Do

    • Lead Project Teams: Manage and mentor architects, engineers, and designers through all phases of design and construction.

    • Cross-Disciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with in-house MEP engineers and external consultants to coordinate seamless project delivery.

    • Document Production & Review: Oversee the preparation of construction documents, drawing packages, and specifications with a focus on quality and code compliance.

    • Construction Administration: Conduct site visits, respond to RFIs, review submittals, and maintain design integrity throughout construction.

    • Process Innovation: Help improve project workflows, documentation standards, and best practices across the architectural team.

    Requirements

    • Education: Master’s degree in Architecture or a 5-Year B.Arch from an accredited institution.

    • Licensure: Registered Architect (RA), or actively pursuing licensure.

    • Experience: 5–12 years in architectural project roles, ideally within integrated design or design-build environments.

    • Technical Proficiency:

      • Skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.

      • Solid understanding of architectural detailing, building codes, and materials.

      • Experience coordinating with MEP and structural disciplines.

    • Soft Skills:

      • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

      • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.

    Ideal Candidate

You’re a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You enjoy leading with clarity, mentoring others, and creating spaces that reflect both function and beauty. Your technical acumen is matched by your passion for design excellence and continuous improvement.
